This version of the chart uses all of the major planets and a diversity of minor planets, including Chiron and Eris. You can still see the grand cross, indicated by the Moon in Cancer rising, which connects the events in this chart to the lives of many individuals. With more planets, the chart tells a more detailed story about what happened this week when Pres. Obama signed the health insurance reform bill into law. One of the first things you notice is that Jupiter in Pisces is on top of the chart. Jupiter is strong in this chart because it’s in one of its signs of rulership and is the most elevated traditional planet. The immediate implication of such a combination is that “this is good.” Jupiter offers a sense of protection that the modest, fragile progress that was just made will endure through the many assaults on its integrity that will come during the next two years, as important, slow-moving planets aspect the grand cross. What will aspect those planets is the combination of Saturn in Libra, Uranus in Aries and Pluto in Capricorn that defines the 2011-2012 era and is in full force right now. -- Eric Francis |
