The Gemini Birthday Report is coming late; Eric wants to write it after the Friday edition, which is sizzling with Gemini astrology. We’re covering the Gemini New Moon, plus the midpoint between the 2004 and 2012 Venus transits of the Sun, Mercury conjunct the Sun and Mercury conjunct Venus.
  
This week is all about exploring gender. Eric is writing a piece that's been in the works for years on communication between the sexes. I almost wrote "cummunication" by accident just there, which is an apt lead-in to tell you about our three-part series on sex and feminism that will be published on the front page Wednesday. Dr. Betty Dodson is turning 79 this summer, and we'll be celebrating her birthday all year here at Planet Waves, kicking off the festivities with down and dirty pieces on feminism, sex, pornography and sexuality written by Eric, the one & only Betty Dodson, and myself.
