Until we go to an individual password system, the password is a group thing. Log in as "comp" and the password is "extra." Lower case. No quotes. The password will change every month, so make sure you look for updates in your inbox.

Now, here is another introduction to the EROS area. Planet Waves is growing, not just in size, but in our mission. We are growing into things that have long been in my vision, such as radio, where I can speak to you in a real voice.

Eros is the learning lab and discussion space for Planet Waves art projects -- including the art of conversation (live discussion room and message board); short radio segments in the Sound Waves area; photography (more galleries coming, including a series on men); and an oracle and horoscope archive. The most vital part of the project is the ability we have to interact. Many talented new staff members will come from the Eros project. Ideas are developing quickly, as is the energy to bring them into reality. Soon, there will be weekly audio horoscopes included with your Eros upgrade or new subscription.

I am thoroughly enjoying speaking to you through those neat 15 minute segments, and some hot interviews are coming, with everyone from writers to scientists to artists to sexworkers. We are developing a new Indy Music area of Sound Waves that will put you in contact with stuff you never would have heard of otherwise. Planet Waves is a creature of the human world. We are not just here to learn and grow, if you ask me -- we're here to have fun.

And we also need to put energy in to shaping a vision for our future, not merely going along with whatever today's news or astrology says. Creative expression, sharing ideas, experimenting with art and music -- all help us envision ourselves and the world we want.

I'm here today to invite you to support it for two reasons: one, if you want to participate, learn, share and have access to the materials.
