PlanetWaves by ERIC FRANCIS

Dear Friend and Reader:

I just want to let you know that I will be in Toronto in mid-May presenting at the Astrology Toronto mentorship intensive conference. I will also be doing some in-person sessions, and as much photography as I can. This is a chance for those in the northeastern United States or eastern Canada to get together to talk, plot, scheme, learn and make art.

I will be devoting four full days to the conference and those who attend, in that time doing a half-day workshop as well as a class on working with Chiron. My intention is to have plenty of time to spend with people -- enough to have some real conversations. Thursday's presentation focuses on political; Friday's is an astrology workshop on using Chiron in your chart work.

Astrology Toronto is one of the most exciting, upbeat, get-real astrology groups I've ever encountered. The conference has a relatively light schedule compared with the overscheduled conferences we're used to in the States This will give people time to mix and mingle.

Registration will be pretty tight so I suggest that if you want to attend, contact Ursula at the information given below. I also suggest you take care of your hotel asap.

From Toronto, I will be heading through New Paltz and then down to the metro New York area. I am most likely to do astrology sessions in New Paltz only, but it's a close drive from the city. No dates on that yet -- watch this space and the blog on this page. I will NOT be posting this information to the public side of the webpage, only to the subscriber area here, so check here for details about New York as they develop.

You can pretty much count on any news being late breaking! Again, this will not be announced in Chronogram or on the public side of Planet Waves.

Thanks for your interest, and I hope to meet you in Toronto.

Yours & truly,

    Eric Francis

Astrology  Toronto’s   Mentorship  Intensive
Thursday, Friday and Saturday May 11th 12th and 13th 2006

Mentors have an expanded role with their workshops because they have experience in their field that can benefit the participants in a way that pairing with a trusted business confidant nurtures new skills which can assist in growth and development of one’s vision. The Intensive is structured in such a way that there is plenty of time for discussion. With 4 workshops of   90 minutes each in the morning, and two workshops of 3 1/2 hr each in the afternoon, there will be lots of opportunity to ask questions, and get a real sense of the material presented .

Thursday May 11 - Eric Francis - from http://www.planetwaves.net/
11am / 2pm
Eric Francis – Stirring the Pot: Investigative Reporting for Activists, Artists & other Trouble Fixers. Eric was an investigative reporter before he became an astrologer, which has given him a very different take on the news of the day. Is there such thing as “truth in the news?”  When, for instance, leaders are saying one thing, and the transits speak of something entirely different -- how do you get the message out? This workshop will help make it sooner rather than later, as well as more fun and with greater community impact. (20 persons only – 40.00 adv. or 50.00 at the door)
