Today is the Leo Full Moon -- a pulsating, vibrating chart that gives the impression it's going to light the page on fire. In fact, it lights up the dark night of the soul. Full Moons build energy to a peak, and they have a mysterious gift for breaking deadlocks and impasses. Difficult issues are resolving themselves in our lives. Try bringing one or two of those issues to the table of your own life, or of a close personal relationship. Be clear and honest with yourself and with others. State directly the outcome that you want. Watch what happens.

Aries (March 20-April 19)
The question is not making enough money and it's not keeping yourself busy. Those are games for amateurs. The challenge is raising your life to the level of a full-on spiritual quest, where every choice and action aligns toward one inner goal. This world presents us with so many pressures that it's easy to forget why this is important or worth striving for. Many say it's impossible, but how many have tried? This is, fortunately, a quest that's more about the journey than it is the destination. But you are well along the way, and closer to a breakthrough than you may imagine. Or rather, it is closer to you.

Taurus (April 19-May 20)
Issues of right and wrong are serious business in your world, and you have a truly orthodox side that clings to tradition on a great many matters of everyday life. Yet I'm not sure this makes you happy, and I'm not sure it's remotely necessary. And I'm certain that you're living under the less fortunate side of the influence of one of your parents, the one who never got to reach the potential they wanted. Gradually, you are breaking free. One step at a time, you're figuring out that you're a revolutionary. Today represents a great leap. In the coming weeks there will be others -- many others.

Gemini (May 20-June 21)
It's difficult to choose from options that we can't see or feel. But what life gives us plenty of is the chance to experience and feel what we don't want. That's good as far as it goes, and the mantra, 'I don't want that' can get quite a lot of momentum going in the right direction. But to really make a positive choice, you need to ponder, envision or soak yourself in new possibilities you haven't ever considered. That takes creativity, and it takes some faith -- and looking at the world in terms of what's possible, rather than what's not. A trick of the mind, my dear.

Cancer (June 21-July 22)
At certain times, the issue of self-esteem ceases to exist; you have an innate understanding with yourself of how real, beautiful and necessary your life is. By all rights, this should be such a time, and if not, take a deep breath and state clearly to your soul that you are willing to hear the truth. You are, at the same time, attempting to work something out with a partner or associate. I suggest that you come to terms with yourself first. If you discuss a mutual arrangement when feeling good about yourself, the outcome works out a lot better than it does any other way you might be feeling.

Leo (July 22-Aug. 23)
Today's Full Moon in your birth sign marks the halfway point in your solar year. It's a good time to look back and, without asking too many questions, see how you feel about the way things are going. Subtle adjustments count for a lot right now. You have the ability to solve problems long before they arise, and to take steps that make you considerably more efficient. Remember to check in on how certain health situations are progressing; you should see the trends, and know clearly if you need to make adjustments. If so, they will most likely work wonders. Just remember: mind over matter.

Virgo (Aug. 23-Sep. 22)
Fear works on at least two levels. There are the things we fear that we know about, and the ones we fear that have no names. Take a look at what you fear and perhaps make a list. Next, make a list of what you're trying to create or establish in your life. What is the relationship between the items on the two lists? Honestly assess whether success threatens you in some way. As you get closer to what you want, other, conflicting material may begin to surface. Let it go. Keep your focus. You're well on your way to resolving an old struggle you don't need.

Libra (Sep. 22-Oct. 23)
Creativity is a matter of relationship. We think of artists, writers and other people involved in creating ideas or beauty as being lone talents, yet in truth, both the creative process and the work itself are supported by relationships. You can now have a taste of how that works, if only you'll share your creative gifts with people you consider friends. Creative work changes when it's received by an audience, and that in turn changes you. You could say that art creates the artist. The entire creative process is alive; the art or writing itself is alive; and, go figure, it all feels a whole lot better than confusion.

Scorpio (Oct. 23-Nov. 22)
Ends of cycles often present truly challenging times. The approaching conjunction of Mars and Pluto says that you're near the end of a long story going back two years, when you resolved to make a major adjustment of attitude. In the months that followed, you seemed to suffer a series of setbacks from which you never recovered -- but this is genuinely a matter of perception. The only material thing you can gain, lose or possess that's of any consequence is how you feel about yourself. You've come such a long way in this regard; it's truly a miracle. And that's something to thank yourself for today.

Sagittarius (Nov. 22-Dec. 22)
Forget ideas: speak from the heart, like a child, and to the heart, like a poet. Strive only to be real in every moment, and play a little game where you come closer to that completely free center of who you are each time you remember, each time you speak. The only warning I can give you is to listen. You may have to be firm with yourself about this. You are in high-energy output mode right now; you're blazing like the Sun, and it's not letting up any time soon. Pause from time to time and focus on people. Remind yourself how much you care about them.

Capricorn (Dec. 22-Jan. 20)
You possess an extremely advanced intellect, and I hope you're aware of that. But the smarter you are, the more you need to check back over your ideas and conclusions. You need to leave notes in the margin, not for anyone else, but rather, for yourself. Because people are onto the fact that you serve the community as a kind of brain trust, you need to be accountable -- to yourself, not to anyone else. This way, if you happen to make a mistake, you can figure out what went wrong and how to prevent it from happening again. Not that it will happen the first time, of course.

Aquarius (Jan. 20-Feb. 19)
Focus on a specific need. Keep it in mind. You probably know what I'm talking about. It's okay if it's your specific need; just know exactly what it is, and make sure that the people close to you know as well. Right now, your intentions and in fact your whole sense of presence in the world are being magnified through a network of light that wants only to support you. Therefore, all you need to do is be aware of your mission or intention and be open to having the solution handed right to you. If you can manage to relax into this whole process, it'll be easier and a lot more fun.

Pisces (Feb. 19-March 20)
You have only to gain from pouring forth your dedication and attention to excellence. The nicest part is that when you gain, everyone gains -- this is a natural quality of Pisces. Today's Full Moon across the highly sensitive service angle of your chart (the solar 6th and 12th houses) is providing you with ample proof that your highest ideals have rather humble and practical applications. This should spur you on to being even more idealistic and having that much more faith that you're in the right place at the right time. You actually are -- so open your heart and feel it. It's a beautiful thing.
